Shipping Methods

We offer a number of different shipping methods. Depending on where you are in the world you will be offered one or more shipping options when you check out your order.

The price of shipping is dependent on the weight of your order and the destination.

Within the UK all orders are tracked and will need to be signed for on delivery. This is to protect both you and us. International shipping does not have tracked as the standard, however there is the option to upgrade it to this if you want.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days and we will email you when your order has been despatched and let you know any tracking information for your order.

Within the UK we offer Royal Mail First and Second Class, and also Special Delivery options so you can have your order delivered the next day after shipping if you want. For larger or heavier orders, we also offer Parcelforce Courier.

If you are placing an order from outside of the UK, we use Royal Mail International Shipping. Delivery times will depend on where you are in the world. Orders can be expected to arrive to European countries like Germany, France and Spain, in a speedy 3-5 working days, places like America, Canada and Africa, just 5-10 working days. And 10-15 days for the rest of the world - even to countries on the other side of the globe, like Australia, China or New Zealand.

Damaged or Delayed Goods

We pack all of our orders with care. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged please take the following steps:-

If the package is damaged please do not sign for it or if you do, contact us to to inform us that the package is damaged. Please take a photograph of the package and send it to us at admin@vintagebellecrafts.co.uk. If the package was not damaged but the contents are, again please take a photograph of the damaged items and contact us at admin@vintagebellecrafts.co.uk and we will send a replacement.

If you have not received your order in the specified time, please let us know as soon as possible.

Payment

We use PayPal to collect all our payments. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, providing you have a valid credit or debit card. PayPal keeps all your information safe. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient (us) won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described PayPal will help you to get a full refund.
